An assault was reported to Columbia Police Department after an assault occured outside of Fieldhouse Bar and Broadway Hotel in downtown Columbia Missouri.
The police has yet to do anything about the incident and the victim has been waiting for even the smallest ticket, misdemeanor, or petty assault to be given to the suspect. Foster... Was not seen or did not attend the bar- but sneakily followed a male who was leaving to his car after the bars had closed in a parking garage.
Foster McCormick agreed with Columbia Police department and video footage proceeded to throw a fist at an unaware victim who later declined to fight him after recollection of the assault towards him.
The victim has been a source of multiple assaults in the same area against him including domestic violence in his schooling years by resident of Columbia Missouri Felix Ngassi.
Felix Ngassi has been detained by police on several occurrences and once charged with domestic violence against an inhabitant of his home in 7007 Madison Creek Drive. The victim says that charges to Felix against him never stuck because of law officials or attorneys in the court in agreement that he was only "spanking" his child and backed it with supposed Mental depression or psychotic ness of EG NGASSI.
EG NGASSI also outted of some his soccer dreams/pursuits due to his now Step father "Felix Ngassi' refusing to let EG play soccer.
